Cancellation Policy

Each seasonal circle is intentionally limited to 10 participants to preserve the intimacy and depth of our gatherings. Because of this small-group structure, cancellations have a significant impact. Please review the following policy before registering. Enrollment Commitment When you enroll your daughter in the Winter Circle, you are reserving her space for the full 12-week season. This helps create a consistent and connected experience for the girls and allows materials and projects to be planned with care. Cancellations & Refunds Before November 15: Cancellations made in writing before November 15 will receive a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee. After November 15: Because preparations and materials will already be in motion, refunds are not available after this date. However, if we are able to fill your daughter’s space from the waitlist or a new registration, your payment (minus the $75 administrative fee) will be refunded once the spot is filled. If there is more than one late cancellation, refunds will be issued in the order cancellations were received. Cancelled Sessions: In the event that a session must be canceled due to instructor illness, weather, venue closure, or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the gathering so the group’s rhythm and flow can continue. Refunds will not be issued for canceled sessions, whether or not a make-up date is possible. Missed Days: Refunds or credits are not offered for missed individual sessions, as each week builds upon the next and supplies are prepared in advance. Holding the Circle with Care Life is full of surprises, and part of this work is learning to move with the rhythms of what is. My intention is always to hold this space with steadiness and grace, communicating promptly and clearly if adjustments are ever needed.
